Account Access 

  • Website
    • Access the site BBYSavingsPlan.voya.com. You will need your Voya-issued PIN* (mailed to your home) to register, and you will create a unique username and password.
    • For quarterly statements prior to Q4 2017, log in to mybbyrewards.com > Messages > Secure Mailbox.
  • Mobile App: Voya Retire
    • Download the Voya Retire app from your preferred mobile app store.​
    • If you have already registered on the direct website BBYSavingsPlan.voya.com, you will use the same log-in username and password to access the app. If you have not registered on the direct website, you will need to use your Social Security number as your username, and your Voya-issued PIN* (mailed to your home) as your initial password. You will then be asked to create a unique username and password.

    • ​Your Voya-issued PIN* (mailed to your home) is always required to use the automated telephone system.
    • Automated voice response: 24-hour access to make transactions.

      Customer service: Available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT (excluding New York Stock Exchange holidays). Spanish-speaking associates are available.
